Our roots are in environments where being wrong is measured in real time:
quantitative trading floors, global-scale technology platforms and
transaction advisory. In those worlds, nobody gets credit for a
sophisticated model. Only for a proven result.
When the current wave of AI arrived, we watched the same pattern repeat
across private markets: impressive demonstrations, stalled pilots,
unmeasured claims. Capital was flowing to technology, but value was not
flowing back, because the missing discipline was never the model.
It was the engineering, the deployment and the evidence.
So we built the firm we thought private capital actually needed: one that
treats technology as a capital allocation problem, engineers solutions into
production and holds every claim to a measured standard.
Technology-agnostic. Value-obsessed.
