Our Playbook
A system for turning the frontier into enterprise value.
Four chapters. One standard. How we identify the highest-value opportunities, engineer them into production and measure what they create.
State of the art is a standard, not a technology. For every problem worth capital, we establish the best currently achievable solution and hold our own work to it: the best achievable outcome with the least unnecessary complexity. Where a rule, a query or a workflow change beats a model, that is state of the art.
Read chapter 01 02EngineeringMany AI initiatives stall between the deck and the deployment, and the missing discipline is rarely the model. Production-grade means integrated into the workflow people actually use, with reliability and controls built in from the start, and a bounded first deployment reached in weeks rather than quarters.
Read chapter 02 03EvidenceSomething is better only when we can demonstrate that it is. Every claim travels a chain: baseline, intervention, performance, operational impact, attribution, financial impact. Every claimed impact carries its evidence level from V1 to V4, and the output is a review-ready Value Evidence Record.
Read chapter 03 04Private CapitalTechnology is a capital allocation problem. Before the deal, technology risk and upside are assessed as investment risk. During ownership, interventions compete for capital on expected value and scale only on observed and attributed value. At exit, the value creation record is one a buyer can retrace to source data.
