Let’s Talk

Bring one workflow. We’ll test whether it deserves capital.

You do not need a finished hypothesis. Show us one workflow, cost line or technology initiative that may be constraining value. In a first working session, we define what would have to be true, what data could test it and whether an Opportunity Stage is worth doing.

Please do not include confidential deal information or personal data.

How it starts

01 · ONE WORKING SESSION
With the people who would run the Lab. We define what would have to be true, what data could test it and whether it is worth pursuing.

02 · ONE OPPORTUNITY STAGE
The first stage of a Value Lab engagement: weeks, not quarters, at a fixed fee agreed before we start. You receive the Opportunity Map: the opportunity quantified on a locked baseline, the intervention design, the evidence plan and a written go/no-go. It asks for data access scoped to the hypothesis, one sponsor on each side and a few hours a week from the people who run the process. If the data cannot carry it yet

03 · ONE DECISION
The evidence decides the next stage: build, deploy and measure. Scale what the evidence supports. Modify what can improve. Stop what does not.

Already built something? Ask for an Evidence Review.

Bring it. An Evidence Review applies the V1–V4 standard to an intervention built by a vendor, an internal team or a previous adviser: locked baseline, attribution, a verdict you can hand to a buyer. It may confirm the claim, narrow it, or find it unproven with a plan to measure it properly.
