How we handle your data.
BUSAC is a venture in formation by its founders. Until it is registered, the founders are jointly responsible for the personal data processed through this website. Contact: hello@busacapplied.com.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, firm, role and email address you enter, and the text you write. Please do not include confidential deal information or personal data about others.
Why
To respond to your message and, where relevant, to prepare a first conversation. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry, and steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement.
Where it goes
Messages are delivered to our mailbox and stored there. The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., which processes server logs including IP addresses to operate and secure the service. If email delivery runs through Resend, the message passes through their systems. Both act as processors under a data processing agreement. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long
Enquiry data is kept for twelve months after our last contact, unless a working relationship follows, in which case it is kept for the duration of that relationship and the legal retention period.
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are served from our own domain.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by emailing hello@busacapplied.com. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
This notice will be updated when BUSAC is registered, with the entity’s name, registration number and address. Last updated: September 2026.
